Rita Gupta is the founder of HerMoments.life, a community built on the belief that every woman deserves time, space, and support to rediscover herself — without judgment.
A graduate of B.Com from the University of Delhi and a CS Inter qualifier, Rita chose to step away from her professional path after marriage. Over the past 27 years, she has focused on managing her family, raising two sons, and supporting her husband's entrepreneurial journey in artificial intelligence — gaining deep experience in people management, event organisation, and understanding relationships.
As her children became independent, Rita recognised a common yet unspoken gap in many women's lives — the absence of a safe space where they can truly be themselves, express freely, and feel heard — without judgment.
HerMoments.life is her vision to create that space — and her way of giving back to society by building a supportive community where women can connect, share, learn, and rediscover who they are beyond their everyday roles.
